I’m so bad….I just got a tiny stockpile of tuna, and I plan on using it up this week. I have to start making the recipes on here that don’t have pictures to them. The poor babies just seem naked without pictures, and i’m not rich enough to just spend a day cooking them all just to take pictures of them. I leave that luxuriousness for THE PIONEER WOMAN. He He. So, this week, we’ll focus on my faux crab cakes and a picture of my teriyaki sauce on yummy chicken wings. That should suffice for now. Also, because of Sonny’s free birthday dinner, our meals were pushed back a day. The slow cooker meatloaf will be our first meal this week. Carrots will be the main veggie all week since it’s what I got on clearance last week. .99 for 5 pounds…can’t beat that!
Monday: Slow cooker meatloaf with mashed potatoes and braised carrots
Tuesday: Faux crab cakes with rice pilaf and carrots
Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken wings(made quick in the broiler!) with steamed broccoli
Thursday: Turkey Sausage spaghetti with garlic butter topped brioche
Friday: Pizza! Thinking of making white pizza this week. Should have recipe posted that day.
Saturday and Sunday: Mama is off to serve her Country! The boys will kill off the leftovers.
Bread of the week: Wheat
Dessert of the week: Blueberry crumb cake(new recipe this week!)
