Hey All!
I’m back and ready to blog! My mind and body are still trying to adjust, but this week I have to get cooking. All of the frozen meals I made for the family before I left are all gone and I have to get back to our regular routine. Here’s what I have in mind for this week:
Monday: Meatloaf with scalloped potatoes and mixed veggies
Tuesday: Chicken stir fry with brown rice
Wednesday: Spaghetti madness!
Thursday: Fish cakes with buttered noodles and steamed carrots
Friday: Pizza night! back to making homemade pizza for the family
Saturday: Slow cooker beef roast served over orzo with honey braised carrots
Sunday: Dinner at my parents’ house
Dessert of the week: Pound cake (half of one saved in the freezer)

Missed your blog, esp the meal plans as they are closer than any other to the way I like to cook.
Also adore your kid stuff as my grands are 6.5, near 4 and a pair near 3.
