It’s time for another Top Hat Tip! When I thought that leaving my teens meant no more acne breakouts, I was dead wrong. It seems like the older I get, the more elaborate the breakouts seem. Weird blemishes on parts of my face I forgot I had and all of those over-the-counter acne fighters just seems to inflamate my skin even more. I decided to hit up google and find a natural remedy for acne that wouldn’t break the bank. The answer? Vitamin E.

Vitamin E is an essential element in collagen, that stuff we unfortunately lose like crazy once we get older. It’s also full of fatty acids, which makes it an inexpensive fix for dry skin and wrinkles, two things that can surprisingly increase your chance of having acne outbreaks. Plus, it’s cheap! I have yet to see a bottle of Vitamin E oil for more than 5 bucks. Since you only use a very tiny bit at a time, this oil is meant to last. Check out the video to see how I use Vitamin E oil.

Do you have any all natural acne remedies that you have used in the past or use now?

I guess I can call myself fortunate since I never had a pimple, but my daughter cannot say the same! She use rubbing alcohol, which I believe is too strong, but it has worked for her..
