Its that time again! I finally decided what my meal plan is going to be this week for my family. Here it is:
Monday: Beef Stew
Tuesday: Spaghetti Bake(will post recipe), side salad and cheesy bread
Wednesday: Roast Chicken, cabbage, rice with gravy Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies
Thursday: Beef enchilada bake(will post recipe) Dessert: cinnamon sugar rolls(will post recipe)
Friday: pea soup with corn fritters
Saturday: mushroom chicken casserole
Sunday: Super Bowl! Free Junk Food at my parents’ house!
I decided to do 2 vegetarian meals this week because I didn’t plan one last week. I am trying 3 new recipes this week (pea soup, beef enchilada bake, cinnamon sugar rolls) so I will definately be posting the recipes and what I thought of them. Wish me luck!
