Meal Plan Monday!

This is quite late because I had a really long(4 hours!) shopping day and couldn’t make what I wanted for dinner. So….I had to improvise and re-arrange my whole meal plan. Here’s what I’m thinking:

Monday: Breakfast for dinner- bacon, eggs and waffles
Tuesday: Shrimp and Potato Chowder with homemade bread
Wednesday: Shepard’s pie(with leftover lamb)
Thursday: Baked Chicken leg quarters, rice pilaf, and veggie medley
Friday: Hodge podge night! (Quesadillas, cheesy broccoli, strawberries with pudding)
Saturday: Grilled Cheese and tater tots
Sunday: slow cooker beef stew

I decided to do the hodge podge night when I looked in the fridge and saw a few things that I wanted to use up. We have oodles of cheese and tortillas so quesadillas are definitely in order. Also, we have about 6 bags of broccoli so cheesy broccoli will make Hubby super happy lol. Hope it all turns out ok!
