Well, this week is going to be quite hectic and i’m glad that I made up this meal plan a week ago when I did last week’s plan. With finals on Sunday(while i’m on vacation, mind you), studying all this week, packing bags, and doing all of my everyday things, I could just about have a panic attack. Oh, wait, I did. Will post about that later in the week. So, here’s my plan:
Monday: slow cooker pineapple teriyaki beef with broccoli, carrots and white rice
Tuesday: chicken scampi with side salad
Wednesday: caramel apple waffles with home fries and bacon
Thursday: fried chicken with flavored rice and shredded carrots(gotta use ’em up!)
Friday to Monday: off to Ohio and the Canfield Fair….mmmm junk food!
Bread of the Week- Sourdough rolls
Dessert of the week: lime curd tarts
