Meal plan Monday!

Yes, I know that its 3:30pm on Monday and I haven’t posted my plan yet but give me a break! I’ve been held hostage at my base for the past 6 days and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, had to be put on the back burner. So, here’s a make shift plan that I will probably change a few times this week. I just can’t decide what I want to make. So, here goes nothing!

Monday: Black bean soup and cheesy bread
Tuesday: strip steaks with baked potatoes and corn on the cob, all made in the crockpot!
Wednesday: chicken fried rice
Thursday: mustard pan-seared salmon with yellow rice and green peas
Friday: Homemade pizza!
Saturday: scrambled eggs w/ cheese, creamy grits and flaky biscuits
Sunday: Leftovers night!

Dessert of the week: PW’s apricot bars (but made with peach preserves instead)
Bread of the week: honey wheat bread
