This is just about the easiest thing I’ve made in a while and we seem to have used it quite a bit since I put it together. The best part is, it goes with just about any type of meat(and even seafood!) and can grill, broil, sear or bake the protein. Anything goes! Add cayenne for an even spicier rub.
2 cups sugar
2 cups salt
1 cup garlic powder
1 cup black pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup paprika(smoked paprika would be heavenly)
This will make a lot of rub so either half the recipe or use a big enough tupperware container.
