Meal Plan Monday!

Sharing is caring!

Whoa is this ever late! I was so exhausted from working down at the base this past weekend, that I just had to go to bed as soon as I got in. Good thing I already had an idea of what I wanted to make! So, here’s the list:

Monday: Beef stew made in the slow cooker(yum!)
Tuesday: chicken parmasean made in the slow cooker(yum again!) with a side of spaghetti
Wednesday: Beef and broccoli with brown rice(oh baby!)
Thursday: chicken croquettes with a side of spinach
Friday: Pizza night!(sonny boy now “reminds” me about pizza night every friday lol)
Saturday: Leftovers night
Sunday: out to our favorite hibachi place to use up a coupon. I just love coupons!

Dessert of the week: nothing! We’re still working on the list of goodies I made last week
Bread of the week: hmmmm….nothing! Still have bread left from last week!

Don’t forget to check back in later today to see the winner of the Baby Einstein DVD!

Oh baby is right for Wednesday night. Did you know that studies have shown that eating lots of brown rice actually makes kids like Sonny Boy cuter?
Yeah, you heard it here first, Amiyrah. :]

Sure would love to have your recipe for the chicken parmesan in the slow cooker — with a two-year-old and two teens in sports & band I’m going crazy trying to put together dinner that waits for schedules and that we can afford!
