This is the week where I’ll have to do military duty, so I only have to worry about 5 meals. Yay! Plus, we’re have 3 of our favorite meals this week: meatloaf, no-fry mustard tenders, and baked ravioli! January is starting off right! Please come back on Tuesday and Friday for 2 new recipes. I love new recipes….they’re so….new! Have a great week, you all!
Monday: meatloaf with buttered corn and box car potatoes(new recipe on Tuesday!)
Tuesday: shrimp fried rice with side salad
Wednesday: creamy tomato soup and grilled cheese sammies
Thursday: No-fry mustard tenders with spinach and rice
Friday: baked ravioli with side salad(*gasp* no pizza this week!)
Dessert of the week: peach cobbler and easy, ultimate chocolate chip cookies(new recipe on friday!)
Bread of the week: none! we still have plenty from last week, since Hubby only worked one day. Whoo Hoo!
Oh I can’t wait for that Box Car Potato Recipe!
jrbro,
lol! I think everytime i’ve put this in the meal plan, someone asks for the recipe. It’s plain and simple: boil frozen ravioli of your choice(we use regular cheese) to just before al dente. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Cover raviolis with pasta sauce(jarred or homemade)and shredded mozzarella. If you have an parmasean cheese, sprinkle a little of that too. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the cheese is bubbly. Great alternative to pizza night.
Sometimes I layer the raviolis, sauce and cheese, kind of like a lazy mom’s lasagna, but the laziest way is the way mentioned above lol.
Ok… where can I find the recipe for your Baked Ravioli? It sounds yummy!
Your ravioli recipe sounds really good.
