Now I’m back into the groove and this week should be a breeze! I’m looking to use up some of our ground beef this week and make broccoli soup, so those 2 things will be included in the menu. Also, Hubby and I are celebrating our 4th Wedding Anniversary on Friday, so I’ll plan a meal for that day(pizza!) but we may not actually have it. Supposedly, he’s got a surprise for me that day. I hope there are new shoes involved. I heart new shoes.
Edit: yay! Finally got it out of Hubby what we are doing on Friday, so no homemade pizza for us. We’re off the New York City, baby!
Monday: Roasted lemon chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes(extra potatoes will be used to make gnocchi!)
Tuesday:Hamburg steak and gravy with white rice and mixed veggies
Wednesday: homemade gnocchi in a spinach cream sauce served with a side salad(we keep skipping this meal! Gotta make it this week)
Thursday: Chicken fried rice
Friday: Anniversary Day! Hubby and I are off to NYC to walk the streets and enjoy papaya hot dogs and sandwiches at Carnegie deli!
Saturday: Spice rubbed whiting with rice and veggie medley
