1 tub chocolate frosting(around 18oz)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp instant coffee(optional)
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Turn on your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan.
Mix together the frosting, oil, sugar, coffee and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and gradually stir into the chocolate mixture until well blended. Spread the batter evenly into the pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie pulls away from the pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Yum, yum yummy! They come out soft and gooey in the middle. I’m so glad that I can use the frosting to make brownies, and I’m thinking that using a vanilla frosting might result in a yummy “blondie-type” creation. Stay tuned!
Thanks for sharing! Frosting seems to be the easiest thing to get free!
These look amazing! Thanks for sharing your recipes!!
I love this idea, I am going to have to try it today…I always get frosting for nothing!! thanks again!!

These brownies are SO good! I made them tonight and the best part was how quick and easy it was to throw them together! I think I’ve found another recipe to add to the “Family Favorites” file! 🙂

What a great way to use stockpile frosting and coffee. I may have to try that one! LOL! (Except I have so much actual brownie and cake mix to use too LOL!) Great idea to put coffee in there. I can just eat those first thing in the morning instead!!!!! 😉
