Mmmm…bagels. From scratch! I can’t believe how easy these were to make, especially with the bread maker to mix it for me first. They aren’t the best “lookers” but they taste phenomenal! I had to try one of the plain ones after they slightly cooled. It was so delicious! I used this recipe for both, omitting the raisins, cinnamon and white sugar when making the plain ones.
I also got the eggs boiled, and I’ll start the home fries in about an hour. I need to rest!
