Well, it’s another week where mama has to go down to the base, so i’m leaving the boys on their own. I stocked up on all the unhealthy things: chicken nuggets, fish sticks, french fries, etc. I also have a beef roast cooking in the slow cooker right now which they can nosh on during the week. Hubby has a loaf of week bread and lunch meat for his lunches and *sigh* my boy starts school on tuesday, so he’ll get breakfast, lunch and snack there everyday. They don’t need me at all this week!
I also made some oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookie dough and froze them in individual scoops, so if the boys want dessert, the can pop a few in the toaster oven.
Next week’s menu will be much better. I promise! See you then!
