Well, I’m back and trying to figure out what the heck to make for dinner. Let’s go with some tried and true meals this week, shall we?
Monday: Faux crab cakes with mixed veggies and rice pilaf
Tuesday: Slow cooker roast with box car potatoes and corn
Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan with pasta and side salad
Thursday: Red Beans and Rice
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Leftovers night
Sunday: Off to my parents’ house for dinner!
Dessert of the Week: Cuppy cakes with chocolate icing(I saved some from last week, didn’t ice them, and put them in the freezer)
Bread of the week: Honey Wheat
Yum! Do you have an extra chair for that roast tonight? That sounds so good!
