Since I am battling a stomach flu right now, thinking up a meal plan was NOT fun. I even put it off until today to give myself some time to get over it. I’m going to roast the free turkey we got last week since I didn’t get a chance to do it before Thanksgiving like I wanted. That should give us quite a few meals.
Monday: Roast Turkey with collard greens, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy
Tuesday: Turkey pot pie soup
Wednesday: (Imitation) Crab fried rice
Thursday: Lazy mom’s tator soup(using leftover mashed potatoes)
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: no clue! Looks like a leftovers night
Sunday: Off to the parents house for dinner
