This is going to be a short and sweet meal plan this year. I’m still following my master list of meals, so it was very easy to put together. Also, we didn’t get to have steak fried rice last week, so it’ll be added to this week’s meals.
Edit: I realized that we have some ricotta still sitting in the fridge, so the pizza will change to reflect that. Also, we have some peaches that need to be used up, so Tuesday’s dinner has been changed as well.
Monday: Whole Roasted Tilapia with green beans almondine and rice pilaf
Tuesday: Peachy Chicken with noodles and sweet peas
Wednesday: Black eyed pea fritters with buttered corn and roasted potatoes
Thursday: Steak Fried Rice (using leftover steak from last week)
Friday: Homemade pizza night! Spinach ricotta pizza
Saturday and Sunday: Mama’s off to military duty again! The boys will eat leftovers or (gasp) order take out
Dessert of Week: Salted caramel brownies
