This was an easy week to put together. The freezer is overflowing right now, so we can have pretty much whatever our hearts desire. Also, with the arrival of lots of free greek yogurt last week and this week, I think it’s time for falafels and tzatziki sauce. We haven’t had this is ages, and I am so excited to have it again. Yum!
Monday: Chili with tortilla chips
Tuesday: National Pancake Day! Yogurt pancakes with turkey bacon and scrambled eggs
Wednesday: Turkey Meatball subs with provolone
Thursday: Falafel wraps with tzatziki sauce and pita chips
Friday: Homemade pizza!
Saturday: Braised Turkey Shanks with mashed potatoes and braised carrots
Sunday: not-sagna pasta toss
Dessert of the week: Salted caramel brownies(I didn’t get to make them last week)
