I’m embarking in a wonderful challenge the month of February(will post about it tomorrow) and a great meal plan is going to be a big part of it. So, within the month, you all will see a few new recipes pop up that we are going to try. It should be fun!
Monday: Slow cooker chuck roast with carrots, onions and potatoes
Tuesday: Chicken and noodles with a side of broccoli
Wednesday: homemade minestrone soup with whole wheat rolls
Thursday: Beef quesadillas with salsa
Friday: Pizza night! We’re out of bread flour but have a small stockpile of our fave frozen pizza
Saturday: Hamburg steak with mashed potatoes and buttered corn
Sunday: Super Bowl Party! Free food at my Parents’ house all night!
Dessert of the Week: Orange Almond muffins
