We’re on a rubber chicken rampage lately. They’ve been on sale at the grocery store so I just had to take advantage of it. This week I’m going to stretch another chicken I roasted Sunday night, and even use some of it for hors d’oeuvres on Saturday.
Monday: Chicken spaghetti with side salad
Tuesday: Creamy chicken, carrot, and rice crepes
Wednesday: Chili with all the fixins
Thursday: Teriyaki tilapia with grean bean almodine and noodles
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Appetizer party with my friends! Making chicken croquettes, fish cakes and black eyed pea cakes with chipolte cream sauce
Sunday: Dinner at my parents’ house
Dessert of the week: my apple pie
