One of the things that kind of stinks about living in the “land of 4 seasons” is that once the dead of winter hits, you’re less likely to take your keister outside and get down on the grill. As an apartment dweller, it’s great because it requires much less space than storing a grill, and if you aren’t allowed to grill at your place, this will be the only way you can get that flavor and not have to crash every cook out you hear about. This stuff is like gold to those that love the taste of charcoal on their grilled items, and because it’s concentrated, a little goes a long way. When it comes to being frugal, but attaining the “luxury” of grilling in the winter, liquid smoke provides a cheap way to take you back to summer time with every bite.
