I had to run to the store before the next storm rolls in tomorrow, so now I have a wonderful game plan for meals. Our poor freezer is getting empty! These storms are kicking my meat stockpile’s butt. Gotta make meals for Hubby to take into work when he gets stuck there for 48 to 72 hours, so my main proteins are being used up in spades. We’ll also use our rubber chicken agenda this week, which means I get to use my rotisserie I got for Christmas! Wahoo!
Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce and side salad
Tuesday: Rotisserie Chicken with potatoes, onions and carrots
Wednesday: French onion soup with poor man’s biscuits
Thursday: Chicken fried rice
Friday: Chicken stromboli!
Saturday: Baked potato bar
Sunday: Super Bowl! Wonderful nibblets at my parents’ house
Dessert of the week: Easy Cinnamon rolls
Homemade baby food of the week: Zucchini and tuna spread
