I got so behind yesterday that I forgot to post the meal plan. Luckily, it’s an easy one since I put a big beef roast in the slow cooker Monday morning.
Monday: Slow cooker beef roast with sliced onions and peppers served over orzo
Tuesday: Off to a funeral :o(. Will eat at the repast
Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan served over spaghetti with a side salad
Thursday: Beefy Enchilada bake
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Vegetable soup with homemade rolls
Sunday: Our 6th Wedding Anniversary :o). Hubby and I will spend dinner at one of our fave places
Dessert of the week: Easy Cinnamon rolls
Homemade baby food of the week: Corn, potato and onion puree
Happy “early” anniversary 🙂
