Have you done any shopping at the Asian Food Market in the Lowe’s shopping plaza on Centennial? For a while I was going there just to buy eggs! The egg prices at Shop Rite (on centennial) are ridiculously high.
Free grits?! AWESOME! Haven’t had any in a long time.
Hm, on second thought, I can’t seem to find any Quaker coupons for sale for the grits (or even oatmeal). 🙁
Liz, that coupon I posted is actually for the oatmeal. That’s what I get for reading the circular when I’ve only had 3 hours of sleep. It’s still a .05 money maker though! I love free grits too :o)
Leslie, I have been dying to go in that market! I look at their meat prices every time I drive by hoping for a good price on short ribs lol. I buy my eggs from walmart or target. They are so cheap there! Now, I guess I’ll get them from the Aldi’s next to Lowes. So glad we finally get one over here.
Amiyrah,
Oh that is good to know about Target and Walmart for eggs. It gets annoying going to the Asian Food Market just for eggs but last time I was there they had a dozen reg for $1.28 and a dozen organic for $2.58. Something like that. I just know it was considerably cheaper than Shop Rite. How does Target compare?
Thanks for reminding me about the Aldi! I keep forgetting to check it out. I actually used to work for the regional headquarters in PA so I already know is a good deal and what’s not.
