Since the holiday was yesterday, I took the day off from blogging! So, today I’ll post our meal plan for the week.
Monday: Memorial day! We had a wonderful BBQ with family at my parents’ house
Tuesday: BBQ london broil with box car potatoes and peas
Wednesday: Slow cooker buffalo chicken legs with buttered noodles and carrots
Thursday: Pan fried whiting fish with spinach and brown rice
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Off to a free music feastival in the park of my hometown! BBQing with family again
Sunday: Mom’s down day! Probably will eat leftover BBQ
