I haven’t put one of these up in a few weeks! This week should be pretty easy, since we have some leftovers that will be transformed into other things.
Monday: BBQ chicken empanadas with green peas and brown rice
Tuesday: Beef fried rice with side of asian slaw
Wednesday: Brown butter tilapia with carrots and buttered noodles
Thursday: Grilled cheese and tomato sammies with vegetable soup(it’s gonna rain all day!)
Friday: Pizza night! Gonna try to make a sicilian pie made with a little wheat flour
Saturday: Homemade sloppy joe sammies with french fries and salad
Sunday: Family dinner at my parents’ house
Dessert of the week: mini blueberry crumb cakes
