Today’s Top Hat Tip revolves around those wonderful live shows we all love to take our kids to. Whether it’s Disney on Ice, Yo Gabba Gabba Live or another one of your favorites, the costs to go can rack up pretty quickly. Especially when those vendors come around with the glowing swords, sticks and twirly things.

I wanted to share with you how we bypassed spending an insane amount on these extremely expensive(and cheaply made!) toys.  Check out the video below.

    You can’t take food in with you in the live shows in MD but you can take the glow lights and light up toys. If I ever remember I buy those before hand and we eat before we go.
