Out of everything that I try to save money on, tissue and paper towels are at the top of that list. I mean, we can’t go without toilet paper, right? (Can we? Wait, I KNOW we can’t, so don’t answer that.) I am always determined to find great deals on toilet tissue, facial tissue and paper towels. The key is to find a brand that is not only great price-wise, but provides you with quality as well. After years of figuring out which ones work well in our frugal family, I’ve that Scott brand paper products work the best.

We also take advantage of Scott Shared Values, an online program that offers unique deals, coupons and rewards to members. Signing up is free and takes only a minute. Scott shared values has great opportunities to save in other aspects as well.

We’re going to take advantage of the VuDu 4 dollar credit that was on our package of Scott tissue to have a movie night this Friday. On the schedule? Hotel Transylvania! We’ll upload it from the Vudu website through our game console (don’t you just love the internet?) pop some popcorn and sit down for a snuggle and a movie. A great family experience just from buying a 24 roll pack of Scott extra soft tissue. You just can’t beat that.

Now don’t forget to repurpose your tissue purchases! In order to get the ultimate bang for my buck,  the kids and I love to create crafts from the scott tissue rolls. My little toddler loves to dip the rolls in paint and create circle masterpieces and my son? Well, he loves binoculars. Toilet roll binoculars. A classic.

I love Scott tissue! I remember my mom getting this brand as a kid and I use to buy it all the time when I was away at school. I haven’t seen it around my local Walmart, but no they sell it out here in Canada. Will have to check Metro! 🙂

LaQuita, if you can’t find it at your Walmart, be sure to ask them if they can stock it or if another nearby Walmart sells it. They might even be able to ship some to your store just for you 😀
