Summer is in full swing and you know what that means: it’s time for some fun drinks! Summer time is when we can try out a new beverage, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and pass on the goodness to friends and family. I have to admit, this time of year, I find myself thinking of new ways to make a delicious summer cocktail (and mocktail) that I can share with friends and family. I’m sure that I inherited this from my Mom, who always has some new drink recipe for us to taste when we come for Sunday dinner. It’s one of the prerequisites of being the daughter of a culinary and mixology inventor. Life’s tough sometimes, right?
With tomorrow being the 4th of July, and the official day of the beginning of barbecues and libations, I figured this would be the greatest time to share a list of some awesome summer cocktails and mocktails. I hope you’re able to find a new cocktail to serve your dinner guests this season, and a mocktail that you and the kids can enjoy. Happy drinking and Happy Independence day!

While all the drinks look amazing the Strawberry Mango mocktail looks amazing. I seem to be addicted to anything mango recently! Thank you for sharing and just in time for our BBQ.
It does look amazing, Brady! Julie has so many great mocktails on her site that it was hard to choose just one to feature. Check out her site for more great ones.
Oh man, those look refreshing!
And gorgeous!
