Fashion Trend – Sneaker Wedges

I have to say, I do love a good fashion trend. The main reason I indulge in them is they always end up being a great deal eventually. I can add a trendy piece to my classic clothing and feel like I’ve snuck into the fashion “in crowd.” One of my favorite new trends are sneaker wedges. I have one pair and if I could, I’d wear them every day. They are chic, comfortable, and I think they need to be added to every fashionable mom’s closet. The best part, the price points of sneaker wedges are vast, so they can fit into every budget.

These are my pair of sneaker wedges. I picked these up during a surprise shopping trip to the mall with the husband. He picked these out of the window of a shoe store, and after trying them on, I fell in love with them. I was leery of getting grey shoes, but they ended up going with everything. I’ll be wearing them this weekend to do some apple and pumpkin picking.

These sneaker wedges from JustFab.com are on my list of must haves this winter. I love the camel color and I think it’s going to be a great shoe to wear when running errands during the colder months. Since all shoes are only 39.95 at JustFab, I can afford to buy these and I won’t feel like crying in my pillow at night. I’ve been getting quite a few pieces from JustFab lately, and I’ll have to make sure I share my tips and tricks for buying from there while on a budget. I’ll do that in a future post very soon.

I love this pair of sneaker wedges from Blowfish that I found on 6pm.com. They are classified under “sneaker wedges” but look more like comfortable wedge boots. I can imagine pairing these with some of my sweater leggings and an oversized sweater. I also love the buckle detail on the side.

If I want to go bright with my sneaker wedge this season, I could get these tangerine shoes from Sketchers. Yes, these are from sketchers! Tangerine has been my favorite color for spring and summer, and it would be fun to take it into fall and winter as well. When summer rolls back around, these will pair well with a breezy shift dress.

Lastly, these Steve Madden sneaker wedges make me swoon. They are the perfect mix of casual and dressy, with the faux leather and buckle details. I could wear these on numerous date nights with my husband and I know he would approve.

Many moms are saying NO NO NO to sneaker wedges at first, but once they give them a try, they are loving how fun and comfortable they are.
