This morning, we were gifted with another Ralph Breaks The Internet trailer, as if what we’ve been given so far wasn’t enough. But wait, there’s more! We were also given a new Ralph Breaks The Internet poster, and it’s pretty epic. Before I share the awesome things we learned during an exclusive Q&A with Rich Moore, Phil Johnson and Clark Spencer at Walt Disney Animation Studios, take a peek:

New Ralph Breaks The Internet Poster
If you haven’t read up on Ralph Breaks The Internet, Disney Animation Studios’ follow up film to Wreck-It-Ralph, here’s what you need to know:
Ralph Breaks the Internet leaves Litwak’s video arcade behind, venturing into the uncharted, expansive and thrilling world of the internet—which may or may not survive Ralph’s wrecking. Video game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) must risk it all by traveling to the world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush. In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet—the Netizens—to help navigate their way, including Yesss (voice of Taraji P. Henson), who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of the trend-making site “BuzzzTube,” and Shank (voice of Gal Gadot), a tough-as-nails driver from a gritty online auto-racing game called Slaughter Race. Directed by Rich Moore (“Zootopia,” “Wreck-It Ralph”) and Phil Johnston (co-writer “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Zootopia,” writer, “Cedar Rapids”), and produced by Clark Spencer (“Zootopia,” “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Bolt,” “Lilo & Stitch”).
We had the pleasure to sit with Rich Moore, Phil Johnson and Clark Spencer, and learn a little more about what we can expect from this soon-to-be blockbuster film.
Incredible New Characters
While we get to see how the friendship between Ralph and Vanellope have blossomed since we last saw them, we’ll also be introduced to new characters! Gal Gado will play Shank, and racer in the online game, Slaughter Race. Taraji P. Henson will play Yesss, an extremely awesome algorithm who’s always in-the-know.
An Internet Mash-Up
From what we were able to view during our visit to Walt Disney Animation Studios, we saw a lovely mash-up of some of our favorite places on the internet. One place we’ll all love to visit within the film is BuzzTube, a mash-up of Buzzfeed and YouTube. We just may see Ralph having some fun within that part of the internet.
eBay Saves The Day
The story of Ralph Breaks The Internet focuses around Vanellope losing her game, Sugar Rush, due to the wheel being broken by an over-zealous kiddo. Mr. Litwick finds the wheel on eBay, but he doesn’t have to money to purchase it and decides to sell Sugar Rush for parts. Ralph surprises Vanellope with an idea — to go to the eBay place, and to do it by going into the internet. There are many twists and turns during their journey, but it all comes down to eBay. I won’t give anymore away (we got to see some of the scenes from the film), but you are going to laugh at the interaction Ralph and Vanellope have when they discover eBay.
A Test Of Friendship
Rich, Phil and Clark said they wanted to take this film as an opportunity to test the friendship of Ralph and Vanellope. They realized they were going to expand the world of these two friends as they go into the Internet. But more importantly, it’s about their friendship, the evolution of a friendship, and the way friendships can change. They really wanted to put their friendship to the test they thought the Internet would be the perfect way to do that.
