Salad seasoning. You can either sprinkle it directly on your leafy greens, or shake it on top of the chopped chicken (or pork) placed on top of the lettuce.

Baked protein. Many people mentioned sprinkling the seasoning on top different protein options. Most can be baked, and some can even be eaten raw (like avocado and high quality tuna) Here’s a quick list:

  • Salmon
  • Chicken breast

  • Eggs
  • Blue Fin tuna (fancy!)

My mom was JUST asking me all the ways I use this, and I could only think of a couple – sending her your article now! I’m allergic to poppy seeds, so I get all the other dry ingredients separately and mix up a big batch of my own (and reuse my Trader Joe’s shaker)! I like to mix it into cottage cheese and scoop it up with crunchy tortilla chips! It’s basically lunch most days in quarantine. 🙂

You definitely can! It will be expensive up front, since you have to buy all the individual ingredients. There are plenty of recipes for it on google. I hope you love it!
