This is going to be the week of “unhealthy eating.” I think every family needs a week like this every once in a while….where you make those foods that nutritionists frown upon but are oh so good! Monday and Tuesday are the biggest culprits but I make up for it on Thursday and Friday.
Monday: Fried Chicken, deviled eggs and side salad
Tuesday: tater tot casserole with side of sweet peas; dessert- ricotta cookies
Wednesday: slow cooker sausage chili and cheesy bread
Thursday: Grilled chicken breast salad; dessert- sautéed pineapple chunks with ice cream
Friday: BLT sandwiches(with turkey bacon) and egg drop soup
Saturday: Dinner out at our favorite diner! I have coupons and sonny boy eats free there. Plus, we get free cheesecake with each entree :o)
Sunday: Slow cooker chicken and dumplings
