Mom dates. I admit that I don’t have enough of them with my kids. I’m either taking two of them to the store, while the third one is at school. Or, we get “alone time” during doctors appointments. That just won’t do! This weekend, my little girl and I will have a lunch date. We’re also going to see the movie she’s been excited about for weeks, Strange Magic.
Strange Magic is a new animated film from Lucasfilm Ltd full of fairies, imps, goblins and elves. This madcap fairy tale musical was inspired by “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and features some of the most popular songs over the past 6 decades. My girl immediately fell in love as soon as she saw the fairies in the trailer. I knew I was hooked as soon as I found out that Alan Cumming and Maya Rudolph voiced characters in the film. We can’t wait to see it!
