Mini SNICKERS Ice Cream Pies

When it comes to the Big Game, I’m all about the food. Don’t get me wrong; I’m a fan of football and can yell at the referees on TV just like the best of them, but when it comes to tailgating from the couch, I have to have some great culinary choices to choose from. While I love a bowl of chili or some spicy buffalo wings, it’s the desserts that make me smile.

So, I decided that this year we’re going to serve our guests these mini SNICKERS® Ice Cream Pies with items I grabbed at Walmart. They are super easy, portable, and delicious!

First, you’ll need to place 15 chocolate sandwich cookies in your blender or food processor and turn into crumbs. These will create the crust of the pies.

Then, place about 2 tablespoons of the crumbs in twelve 5oz paper cups. I’m lazy, so I don’t pack in the crumbs, but you can if you have time.

Next, chop up 12 mini SNICKERS bars. I used 3 of the SNICKERS Fun Size 6 packs.

Place 1.5 quarts of French Vanilla ice cream in your stand mixer, and top with your chopped SNICKERS. Mix together until all of the SNICKERS pieces are well incorporated.

Scoop the ice cream mixture into your cups, and fill almost to the top. Place the cups on a cookie sheet and freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or overnight.

Once you’re ready to serve them to your guests, chop up 6 more mini SNICKERS bars, and top each cup with the chopped deliciousness. Have more than 12 guests? This recipe can be easily doubled. Drizzle each cup with caramel, if you’d like, and enjoy!

If you really want to get fancy, you can serve your cups partially open, and on top of a plate. Don’t you just want to devour that thing? I’ll take 3.

Oh! Don’t forget to grab a fruity treat, like Wildberry Skittles, for your guests that may not be into ice cream or chocolate. Yes, those people do exist!
