Our family loves the Liberty Science Center. I mean, really love. We’ve had memberships, and we attribute LSC for the fact that our son is so enamored with science. So,  when we were asked to check out their brand new exhibit “The Body” presented by Sesame Street, we jumped at the chance.

Within “The Body” exhibit, little scientists learn how their “insides” work as well as their “outsides.” There is a special exhibit that shows how the digestive system works (my girl loved the poo section. heh.) and there was even a space for Elmo’s World where the kids learned how to dress for the seasons. They were able to jump, kick, pedal and even eat healthy foods at the neighborhood diner. Our 4 year old love it, as well as our 9 year old.

My favorite science experiment when I was young was making my own weather vane. I was very into anything weather related (I used to watch the weather channel 24/7, even to fall asleep it had to be on haha) the tornado in a bottle is very cool too!
