Throughout the past year, our family has added more pork dishes to our meal plan. It’s not only helped us stay within our tight $64 grocery budget, but it’s also given us a larger list of meals that everyone in the house can enjoy (even the picky eaters).
I have to admit, tackling slow cooker pineapple pork tenderloin was a little scary for me. I’ve read the horror stories about pork tenderloin drying out in the oven, and figured making it in the slow cooker may remedy that fear. Well, I was right, friends. This recipe is one of our family’s new favorites.
Slow cooker pork tenderloin is extremely easy to make, and there’s only 5 ingredients, including the pork. Yes, I said 5 ingredients. That alone should get you excited to give this a go.
One thing I will point out is that the crushed red pepper does not make the recipe spicy. It just adds another level of flavor to the simple dish. I’m not a big fan of spice, so this was a welcomed surprise when we first tried this recipe. If you are a fan of spice, you can easily add more crushed red pepper to the recipe.

I love this recipe! It’s quick easy and super delicious served with rice and a salad. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and spice and the pork is tender.
