Use large eggs
One thing I noticed most Nutella brownie recipes and videos don’t specify is that you need to use large eggs.
This may seem like a tip that doesn’t need to be said, but the amount of egg in the recipe makes a difference.
Since there is only a minimum amount of flour in the recipe, the brownie turns out closer to a flourless cake. It’s fudgy and decadent.
If you use a medium egg or an extra large egg, it will cause a big different in the consistency of the brownie.
Double The Recipe Easily
Unlike most baking recipes, this recipe can easily be doubled. Just double the amount of the ingredients, bake in a 9×13 pan, and you’ll make even more Nutella deliciousness.

This easy Nutella brownies recipe only has 3 ingredients. It's a great recipe for kids to make when learning how to bake.
- 13 ounce jar of Nutella
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 2 large eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spay an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, add Nutella, flour and eggs. Mix together until flour and eggs are fully incorporated.
- Place Nutella brownie mix in the baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool for 15 to 20 minutes before eating.
- Add a scoop of ice cream, if you dare!
