Now, when I make our meal plan in 5 minutes, I plan a family takeout night so I can get a break once a week.
These options for cheap family dinners for delivery or takeout are ones most of the family will enjoy eating.
Olive Garden Buy One Take One
This special promotion that Olive Garden offers is a MUST for cheap family meals.
This is one of the only times we let the smaller kids pick an adult meal for dinner.
Why? Because for the price of one meal, they get two meals to eat.
We also order the same second meal (or at least 3 of the same meal), so we can turn it into another different dinner for busy weeknights.

Fazoli’s 19.99 Family Bundle
If you’re more of a Fazoli’s fan, they are offering a cheap family dinner that can feed a crowd.
Their super family meal deal gives you large servings of fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti with meat sauce or marinara, a cheese or pepperoni pizza, and 8 breadsticks. Heck. Yes.
Red Lobster’s Fancy Cheap Dinner At Home
Red Lobster has 11 family meal deals that serve a family of 4.
While they do have the simple meals like chicken tenders and shrimp, you can make it fancy by getting crab linguini alfredo. Say what?!
And yes, you get PLENTY of cheddar bay biscuits.
