ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHILDHOOD MEMORIES OF FALL IS HAVING APPLE AND SWISS AS A SEASONAL SNACK. THIS SIMPLE RECIPE FOR AN EASY APPLE SWISS BURGER WILL EASILY BECOME A QUICK DINNER FAVORITE FOR YOUR FAMILY.
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of BUBBA burger. All opinions are 100% mine.
When apple season rolls around, our family always finds a way to enjoy them in just about every meal we eat. Having Swiss cheese with sliced apples has always been a family favorite, but I took it to another level with this apple Swiss burger.
I love it when we put our Angus BUBBA burgers on the griddle during a busy school night because no one will be unhappy with dinner that night. It’s a crowd-pleaser, and so simple to put together.
HOW I MAKE AN APPLE SWISS BURGER
This no-frills girl can appreciate the simple combination of crunchy apple, buttery Swiss cheese, and a juicy burger.
Sometimes I’ll even toast the burger bun, to add to the crunch factor. It’s not necessary, but when there’s time I do this as a burger luxury.
Once my BUBBA burger is grilled to perfection, I place it on the bottom bun and immediately top it with cheese. This ensures you get that cheese pull you’re used to when enjoying a delicious cheeseburger.
USING BUBBA BURGERS FOR THIS APPLE SWISS MASH-UP
When the weather starts to cool, and we switch over to our apple Swiss season, I need a burger that is convenient to make on the griddle or in our cast iron skillet. BUBBA burgers provide just that. BUBBA Angus Beef burgers are:
- Ideal for an outdoor cookout on the grill with some good friends
- Ready in 10 minutes or less
- 1 ingredient: 100% BUBBA USDA Angus Beef Chuck
- Naturally Gluten-Free
As long as I keep a box of BUBBA burgers in the freezer and some hamburger buns on hand, our apple Swiss burger is always a meal option for hectic nights.
