Summer is the perfect time for a Girl’s Night In. I have a small obsession with girls’ nights, and I know that I get it from my mom. She is the ultimate planner of girls’ nights, and we’ve made many memories during them. From musical chairs, to crafts and board games, we have a blast at my mom’s girls’ nights. She also makes sure that there is always a signature cocktail.

This Peach & Pineapple Cocktail is inspired by all of the fun girls’ nights we’re experienced, and the release of the new Alizé Peach Premium French Vodka.  Alizé Peach is a succulent infusion of ripe, luscious peaches delicately blended with premium French vodka. This delicious flavor can be savored on the rocks or in stylish, colorful cocktail.

There isn’t anything complicated about this cocktail. For a girls’ night, you want to make sure you can make lots of cocktails at once, and make the recipe easy enough for your guests to make on their own if they want another round. This one uses Alizé Peach, canned pineapple chunks and pineapple juice. See? Simple.

The best part of this recipe is that Alizé Peach is already delicious, so the addition of the pineapple chunks and juice takes the cocktail over the top. You could easily switch this out with frozen raspberries and pomegranate juice, or orange slices and orange juice. Not into peach? Alizé Peach joins a colorful, delicious portfolio including: Alizé Red Passion, Alizé Gold Passion and Alizé Bleu Passion. The possibilities are endless for a Girl’s Night In!

Oh, how refreshing! I really love pineapple but never thought of putting the chunks in a cocktail. It makes perfect sense, and the fruit is probably super delicious afterwards!
