He will give you strength.

Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Because He loves you.

1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

Anxiety crushes our hearts.

Proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

If you’re anything like me and have a tendency to worry about “what’s to come”, see Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Have faith and find refuge in the Lord.

When stressful times come our way, have faith and know that God is using us for a Greater Purpose.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Hebrews 13:6 So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”

Psalm 94:19 “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.”

1 Peter 5:7 “Cast all your anxiety on him because He cares for you.”

God is faithful, and He always provides.

Jeremiah 29:11 I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

And one that sums it all up…
