There’s a new seasoning in ALDI town. Have you seen the ALDI buffalo sauce seasoning in the stores lately? We decided to grab it, along with the ALDI hot sauce seasoning, and give it a review.

The Burman’s Buffalo Sauce Seasoning has been spotted at the end of the infamous ALDI aisle of shame, and quickly became one of the ALDI special buys for all of us ALDI nerds.

Why? Because it’s a new way to add spice to our everyday foods. On the label is says “perfect for meat, pizza, veggies, fries and more.” Well, is that true? Let’s talk about it.

The Flavors – More Than Buffalo Sauce Seasoning

OK, if buffalo sauce isn’t your thing, they do have ALDI ranch seasoning, and ALDI hot sauce seasoning. My husband has enjoyed sprinkling the hot sauce seasoning on a plethora of his lunches and dinners.

ALDI Spices Review – Hit Or Miss

What’s been interesting is that reviews of ALDI spices have always been a hit or miss experience. Some spices are amazing for the price, while some just don’t cut it. 

What we’re noticing is that most ALDI nerds are loving the buffalo sauce seasoning and the hot sauce seasoning. It’s almost unheard of that the ALDI fan community resoundingly loves this new special buy.

Which One Is The Best?

We tried the buffalo sauce seasoning and the hot sauce seasoning. We aren’t big ranch dressing fans in this house, so we didn’t splurge on the extra $1.99 to get that one. If you’ve tried it, let us know your review below.

Out of the 5 ALDI fans in our home, everyone enjoyed the buffalo sauce seasoning. We have one kid that has an aversion to messy foods, so regular buffalo wings have never been his favorite. This allows him to have the taste of buffalo wings, but without the mess.

While the ALDI buffalo seasoning is a winner here, my husband (our resident spicy food lover) very much enjoys the hot sauce seasoning. Like I mentioned above, he sprinkles it on just about anything he wants at this point.

How To Use These ALDI Seasoning Bottles

I know what you’re thinking. ANOTHER seasoning to add to my pantry?! I thought the same thing. But, there are a few cool ways we can turn these into a multi-use item in our kitchen. A few ways we’ve used these new ALDI sauce seasonings:

• sprinkle over chicken breasts after rubbing them down with olive oil; bake at 375 degrees and serve for dinner
• sprinkle over asparagus before roasting
• sprinkle INSIDE of a roasting chicken
• sprinkle on top of freshly popped popcorn or the Simply Nature Olive Oil Popcorn
• sprinkle over ALDI kettle potato chips
• use as a topping for baked potatoes
• sprinkle the buffalo sauce seasoning on top of hard-boiled eggs or deviled eggs

There are tons of other ways to use these seasonings, but these have been our favorites so far.

Are The Ingredients Allergy-Friendly?

I wanted to make a note of the ingredients, since many of our readers ask if ALDI special buys like these will fit into their food restrictions. The ingredients do include salt, sugar, and it says that they may contain wheat, milk, and/or soy.
