5 Ingredient Lemon Fudge

Sharing is caring!

Lemon desserts are totally my love language. When you make this 5 ingredient lemon fudge, you’ll understand why I get so excited to make lemon desserts every summer.

Lemon Desserts Without The Fuss

The real reason I love lemon desserts, especially in the summer, is that they are so refreshing. Whether it’s our lemon meringue bites or our super easy lemon meringue pie sundae, these citrus treats make me feel like summer is in full swing.

This fudge recipe is only 5 ingredients, and I’m sure you already have most of them in your cupboard right now.

Here are some of those ingredients:

  • sweetened condensed milk
  • lemons
  • white chocolate chips

What Can I substitute in this recipe?

There are quite a few things you can substitute in this cookie recipe. While the butter and lemon cannot be replaced, you can easily switch out the chocolate chip flavors. Caramel or butterscotch chips would be divine in this recipe.

Can I make this a different way?

Fudge is made this way for a reason: it works! I wouldn’t try to make these in any other way. This recipe is really great all on its own. We even have a peanut butter fudge recipe that’s quite similar to this one, and it’s also a big hit in our home during the holidays.
